I was standing right next to my friend Sim (Hi Sim!) who was also taping.  His source is Sony ECM mic>D7.  We wanted to see how the different mics compared when taping from the same spot.  Not very scientific I admit.  It is his voice you hear at the end of the show talking into his mic (Sim's tapes all bear the voice of Sim giving artist, date, city information).

Sounds like I paused the deck in between Like Suicide & Head Down - I must have been worried about running out of tape.  This was my 18th DAT recording and the 3rd at this venue, 1st time on the floor.  Wish I could remember exactly where I was standing - maybe Sim remembers....
